اَلَّذِیۡنَ اٰتَیۡنٰهُمُ الۡكِتٰبَ یَتۡلُوۡنَهٗ حَقَّ تِلَاوَتِهٖ ؕ اُولٰٓئِكَ یُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ بِهٖ ؕ وَ مَنۡ یَّكۡفُرۡ بِهٖ فَاُولٰٓئِكَ هُمُ الۡخٰسِرُوۡنَ: "Those to whom We have given the Book recite it with its true recital. They [are the ones who] believe in it. And whoever disbelieves in it - it is they who are the losers."Surah Al-Baqarah (2:121)

اَوۡ زِدۡ عَلَیۡهِ وَ رَتِّلِ الۡقُرۡاٰنَ تَرۡتِیۡلًا "And recite the Qur'an with moderate recitation."Surah Al-Muzzammil (73:4)

كِتٰبٌ اَنۡزَلۡنٰهُ اِلَیۡكَ مُبٰرَكٌ لِّیَدَّبَّرُوۡۤا اٰیٰتِهٖ وَ لِیَتَذَكَّرَ اُولُوا الۡاَلۡبَابِ:: "This is a blessed Book which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], that they might reflect upon its verses and that those of understanding would be reminded.Surah Sad (38:29)

What Rasulullah (PBUH) Said About Learning the Quran:

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) placed great emphasis on learning and teaching the Quran, promising immense rewards for those who engage in these acts.

Hadith from Sahih Bukhari: “The best among you are those who learn the Quran and teach it to others.”                                                                                                                                                                                          This famous hadith encourages Muslims to both learn and teach the Quran. The Prophet (PBUH) ranks those who dedicate themselves to Quranic education as the best in the community.

Hadith of Sahih Muslim: “Recite the Qur'an, for on the Day of Resurrection it will come as an intercessor for those who recite it.”                                                                                                                                The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) explained this hadith, "Those who recite the Qur'an regularly, the Qur'an will advocate for them on the Day of Resurrection, protect them and reward them."
Hadith from Tirmidhi: "Whoever recites one letter of the Book of Allah, he will receive ten good deeds." I do not say that Alif Lam Meem is a letter, but Alif is a letter, Lam is a letter, and Meem is a letter.                                                                                                                                                                                            This hadith announces rewards with the recitation of each letter of the Quran. It inspires Muslims to learn to recite the Quran correctly.
Hadith from Abu Dawood: "He who recites the Quran well and clearly is equal in rank to the Angels who record creation’s deeds. These Angels are gracious, honorable, and of lofty rank. He who finds difficulty in reciting the Quran will obtain a double reward."
