1. Free Orientation Class

  • Every new student is entitled to a free orientation class before enrollment.
  • This allows you to experience our teaching method and decide whether to continue with us.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only under the following conditions:

  • If you have paid for classes but could not attend any session due to scheduling or technical issues from our side.
  • If you cancel your enrollment before the first paid class begins.
  • If a duplicate payment was made by mistake.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If you miss scheduled classes for personal reasons (travel, internet issues, personal commitments, etc.).
  • If you discontinue the course after classes have already started.
  • If you are dissatisfied after attending paid sessions, since teaching quality was demonstrated during the free orientation class.
