  • Talimus Sunnah Academy provides online and offline Islamic education to students worldwide.

  • By accessing our website or enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Enrollment & Payments

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment through our authorized payment gateways (SSLCommerz, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).

  • All fees must be paid in advance according to your selected package.

  • Course access will be granted only after payment is verified.

  • Fees are non-transferable between students.

3. Classes & Attendance

  • Students are expected to attend classes on time as per their scheduled plan.

  • If a student is absent, a make-up class may be arranged at the discretion of the tutor, subject to availability.

  • Frequent absences without valid reasons may result in suspension of services without refund.

4. Refund Policy

  • A free orientation class is provided before enrollment.

  • Refunds are only available under conditions mentioned in our Refund Policy (e.g., duplicate payments, cancellation before first paid class, or inability from our side to deliver service).

  • No refunds will be issued once classes have started.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Students must behave respectfully during classes. Any inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive behavior may result in termination of enrollment without refund.

  • Recording or redistributing our classes, materials, or e-books without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We value your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While we make every effort to provide uninterrupted and high-quality service, we are not responsible for disruptions caused by internet issues, power failures, or technical problems beyond our control.

  • Talimus Sunnah Academy is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of our services.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Bangladesh.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
